The Early Learning Coalition of Broward County, Inc. (ELC) is seeking responses to an RFP for the delivery of Early Care and Education Professional Development Scholarship Administration Services.  The purpose of the RFP is to procure services from an experienced organization to administer the Early Learning Coalition of Broward County, Inc.’s Professional Development Scholarship Program for Early Care and Education providers in Broward County, Florida.
