INCENTIVE$ provides education-based financial support to early childhood educators working with children between the ages of birth to five. The Early Childhood Educator INCENTIVE$ Florida program is funded by ELC Broward and administered by the Children’s Forum.

Flamingo Early Learning
Developed in partnership with the Florida Division of Early Learning and the University of Florida Lastinger Center, Flamingo Early Learning is a statewide professional learning system which connects educators to research-based online instructor led courses.

Florida Early Educator Training Stipends
The Division of Early Learning (DEL) has extended the deadline for Florida Early Educator Stipends. Educators must be working in either a School Readiness (SR) or Voluntary Pre-K(VPK) Program.
Stipends are available for a max of $225.
- First register at the UFLC Portal before starting any courses. Register Here
- Wait for approval
- Once completed, submit for your stipend with a reimbursement application.
