Director of Education and Quality Initiatives

The ELC is looking for a person who will provide oversight to the Early Learning Coalition’s (ELC) Department of Education Quality Initiatives.  This position is responsible for creating, implementing, maintaining, and continually improving upon a countywide early childhood system.  The position provides direction and guidance related to all ELC Quality Initiatives and Inclusion Services for School Readiness and Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten early care and education programs including  professional development/trainings, provider program and child assessments, formulating and recommending strategies for support and implementation of best practices, development of performance outcomes for quality expenditures, performing/providing technical assistance to subcontractors and service providers, and Inclusion/Special Needs related trainings and services.

The ELC is looking for an HR Generalist to lead employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, benefits administration, human resource policy creation and implementation, recruitment, and employment law compliance.
