Beverly brings over 25 years of Human Resources experience across multiple industries - including engineering, healthcare, education, and nonprofit organizations- along with a master's degree in Human Resources Management from Florida International University.
She contributes to ELC Broward's strong, positive culture by fostering employee engagement and aligning Human Resources practices with organizational goals. Beverly continues to support leadership in promoting and cultivating an efficient, effective, and engaged workplace environment.
