  • Oversee the daily operation of teacher and students of a Christian based preschool.
  • Interacting with parents and children to maintain personalized child-care satisfaction.
  • Inspecting the school for quality assurance.
  • Complying with state and local social services and other regulatory agency rules. Conducting fire drills.
  • Maintaining student and staff files.
  • Planning and implementing procedures that leads to wholesome interpersonal relationships between staff members.
  • Conducting annual special events such as: graduation, parent/teacher conference, etc.
  • Overseeing the ordering, securing and distribution of educational supplies.
  • Ensuring optimum conditions and cleanliness of the center, grounds, and equipment.
  • Conducting tours of the facility to prospective families.
  • Maintaining information flow to staff and governing board.
  • Works directly with the administrator to perform within established policies procedures.

  • Performs the duties of Director by:
  • Interacting with parents and children to maintain personalized child-care satisfaction.
  • Inspecting the school for quality assurance at every aspect and level.
  • Training, developing, and retention of entire school staff.
  • Assist in hiring school staff
  • Complying with state and local social services and other regulatory agency rules. Conducting fire drills.
  • Maintaining current records and files regarding account receivable, Family Central, ELC, enrollment, etc.
  • Planning and implementing procedures that leads to wholesome interpersonal relationships between staff members.
  • Conducting annual special events such as: graduation, parent/teacher conference, etc.
  • Ensuring optimum conditions and cleanliness of the center, grounds, and equipment.
  • Conducting tours of the facility to prospective families.
  • Maintaining information flow to staff and management.
  • Works directly for the governing board and works independently to perform within established policies procedures.
  • QUALIFICATIONS
  • Director Credential certificate (DCF)
  • Associate/Bachelor Degree in related field or CDA certificate.
  • 3 years experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency in child-care procedures.
  • Sincere interest in working with children and knowledgeable regarding children's development and growth
