Reasons to work with us: * Fun and creative and familiar environment * Curriculum based on teachers’ passions and children’s interests we have 3 different curriculums to work with. * Career opportunities RESPONSIBILITIES * Developing lesson plans based on Creative Curriculum Guidelines and monthly themes. * Meeting the individual needs of the children by interacting with the children to support play, exploration, and learning. * Designing an appropriate room arrangement to support the goals and developmental level of the children in the classroom. * Creating a positive learning environment in their classroom where children develop a lifelong love of learning. * Presenting expectations that are appropriate to the child’s age and developmental level. * Planning and implementing activities that develop self-esteem and social skills. * Building teamwork * Using assessment tools and observations to track individual child development. * Committing to continuing education. JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices
• Must be professional, nurturing, reliable, and punctual
• Must be willing to complete 45-hour certification within 60 days of employment start date
• CDA (Child Development Associate certification) preferred
• Must have proof of High School completion (Diploma or GED)
