Being Proactive: Behavior Management with “CLASS” in Pre-K

About the Event

Please contact elcbtraining@elcbroward.org if you have questions or need assistance.

Why is Behavior Management so important in the preschool classroom? During this webinar, we will address ways in which educators can prevent misbehavior and reinforce positive interactions.  When teachers are proactive, they can monitor and anticipate problems that may occur in their classrooms. Effective classroom management will provide children with specific and consistent expectations.

By the end of this training, participants will:
1. Define the importance of Behavior Management in the preschool classroom
2. Describe the indicators of Behavior Management within CLASS
3. Recognize ways in which Behavior Management strategies can be utilized in the preschool classroom
