About the Event

We are facilitating The Growing Brain Series that will take place over the course of a series of sessions on Zoom. Participants will receive 1.5 in-service hours each session they attend.

It is important for early childhood educators to understand the impact of stress to healthy brain growth and development. During this second part of Unit 2 of the Growing Brain series of trainings, participants will understand the effects of stress and the different types of stress children can experience in their lives. We will also learn about the 5 R's for supporting healthy brain development.
