Let’s Talk CLASS: Rethinking Circle Time in Pre-K

About the Event

Please contact elcbtraining@elcbroward.org if you have questions or need assistance.

Do you struggle with engaging your Pre-K students during circle time? Does it often feel repetitive and mundane? Let us help! In this training we will dive deeper into how to address these issues and provide tools to make circle time more enjoyable for you and your students. We will also look at CLASS strategies to incorporate in depth and meaningful interactions for more teachable moments during circle time.

By the end of this training, participants will:
1. Identify methods to engage children in circle time
2. Recognize how to effectively facilitate circle time
3. Discover Instructional Support strategies to help implement meaningful and in depth interactions
4. Recognize how to reflect on practices to use in the preschool classroom
