Ready, Set Go: Transitions for Infants and Toddlers

About the Event

Transitions consist of moving from one activity to another. Do we really need Transitions in the Infant/Toddlers classrooms since they are so young? During this webinar that is the number one question that will be addressed and discussed. The webinar will provide valuable information about the various transitions that can be implemented throughout the day for the children of this age group. The purpose of this webinar is to address the process of implementation of transitions in order to enhance the children’s daily routines and developmental skills.

By the end of this training participants will:
1. Define transitions in early childhood education
2. List the different times transitions can be implemented in the daily schedule
3. Recall the types of developmental transitions
4. Recognize ways to further develop communications with parents
5. List strategies that will assist in the daily implementation of transitions in the classroom
