Trauma Informed Reflective Practice For Educators - Part 2

About the Event

The reflective supervision consultation model offers directors and teachers an opportunity to engage in a collaborative process that involves shared power, clear mutual expectations, and free-flowing communication. This training examines the reflective supervision model as a process between the supervisor and staff member that differs from administrative supervision and provides supervisor with the necessary skills to provide a safe, nurturing holding environment for staff to express and process emotions evoked from interactions with parents and students. Administrative supervision is about “the work you do,” and reflective supervision/consultation is about “what the work is doing to you.” As a result of this training, you will be more prepared and confident when participating in reflective supervision/consultation with your staff.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.
